Returns and exchanges

Your return will proceed as follows:

  • If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. to send it back to us.
  • The costs for the return are borne by the customer !

In addition, a separate procedure is used to check whether the goods have any defects that indicate improper use. If we find any damage to the product, this will also not be accepted for return.

Please provide the following in the return portal :

1. Your email address
2. your order number

As we strive to constantly improve, we would be very grateful if you could tell us why you are not satisfied with your order. This will help us to grow and increase our customer satisfaction.

An item is defective or you received the wrong item?

If you want to return a defective product, please send us an email in advance to support@vinishop.de so that we can check how we can help you as quickly as possible. Please include the following in the email:

1. your order number
2. the reason for the return (if defective, please send a photo of the defect)
3. Would you like an exchange for the same item or a refund?

We will then contact you immediately and let you know what to do next.
