Returns and exchanges
Your return will proceed as follows:

- You will receive the return label from us by email!
In addition, a separate procedure is used to check whether the goods have any defects that indicate improper use. If we find any damage to the product, this will also not be accepted for return.
Please enter the following in the portal:
1. your order number
2. Your email address
As we strive to constantly improve, we would be very grateful if you could tell us why you are not satisfied with your order. This will help us to grow and increase our customer satisfaction.
An item is defective or you received the wrong item?
If you want to return a defective product, please send us an email in advance to info@vinishop.de so that we can check how we can help you as quickly as possible. Please include the following in the email:
1. your order number
2. the reason for the return (if defective, please send a photo of the defect)
3. Would you like an exchange for the same item or a refund?
We will then contact you immediately and let you know what to do next.
