Step 1

Wrap a string or thread around your finger and use a pen to mark the spot where it overlaps.

Step 2

Place the string next to a ruler and measure the length in millimeters. Then select the appropriate ring size from the table.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the ring with the larger diameter.
